Have your CARM Client Portal Onboarding questions answered by CBSA’s CARM project team during webinar and open mic sessions.
The CBSA’s Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) team is introducing monthly webinar and open mic sessions focusing on the CARM Client Portal.
In June and July, the presenters of the webinars will take participants through a step-by-step demonstration of the CCP onboarding process, and the open mic sessions will give attendees the opportunity to have their CCP onboarding questions answered in real-time by the CARM project team. Future sessions will focus on navigating the portal and using its functionality.
These sessions are independent of Delmar and are conducted by CBSA. We strongly recommend Delmar’s customers to register for these new webinar and open mic sessions for a smooth transition into the CARM Client Portal.
