On January 21, 2021, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), terminated the dumping investigation in respect to the above-mentioned goods, as well as terminated the subsidizing investigation in respect to the above-mentioned goods on the same day.
Further to the CITT Findings of February 19, 2021, the Tribunal has indicated that the dumping of the above-mentioned goods and the subsidizing of the above-mentioned goods have not caused injury and are not threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
Any Provisional duties that were paid on imports of these goods will be refunded by the CBSA.
