The Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) has advised that there is a system issue that they are attempting to identify and resolve.
This issue is causing disruption across all modes of transportation and directly impacting the timelines of shipments entering Canada. Additionally, eManifest Portal clients may be experiencing difficulties which are linked to this same issue.
Delmar is working closely with the CBSA, and other service providers to limit the impact for our clients, and obtain customs releases as quickly as possible.
