China’s Ministry of Commerce Announced New Policy to Export PPE

China’s Ministry of Commerce has announced a new policy to export PPE and other necessary goods to fight COVID19. The new policy is in effect as of April 26th, 2020. Please see details below:

  1. Exports of Non-medical Use Face Masks should be compliant with China’s quality standards or the quality standards of the importer country. The exporter should submit the Joint Declaration of the Exporter and the Importer for customs declaration, and the company name must be on the Name List of Non-Medical Use Face Masks Companies with Certification/Authorization from other Countries released by the CCCMHPIE, which can be found here.
  2. To export medical devices and supplies, the export company should submit the Export Declaration of Medical Supplies for customs declaration and the company name must be on the Name List of Medical Devices and Supplies Companies with Certification/Authorization from other Countries released by CCCMHPIE, which can be found here.
