British Columbia Wildfires – CN Rail

Source: COSCO Customer Advisory Corrector

Wildfires continue to spread across the Province of British Columbia, Canada (BC) with multiple areas affected. The latest report from the Canadian National Railway (CN) on the BC wildfires shows this will affect both directions of rail traffic.

CN will reduce their eastbound trains to 2 trains per day, whereas they had planned to run an additional 4 trains this week, which are now cancelled. This will cause a slowdown on eastbound imports from and westbound exports to Prince Rupert.
