Subject: Los Angeles & Long Beach PierPass Traffic Mitigation Fee to Increase
Marine Terminal operators at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach will increase the PierPass Traffic Mitigation Fee charged during daytime hours by 1.9 percent beginning on August 8, 2016. The updated PierPass Fees will be as follows:

LCL (loose cargo): USD 5.00 per W/M, Minimum USD 5.00 per B/L, Maximum USD 140.98 per B/L.
FCL (including dry/reefer/special equipment): USD 70.49 / 20’ and USD 140.98 / 40’, 40’HC, 45’HC.

For cargo arriving or departing on and after August 8, 2016, Delmar will assess the new PierPass Fee in our Arrival Notices and Invoices to clients wanting Delmar to pay the PierPass Fee on their behalf in order to ensure proper and timely cargo movements.
