Subject: Anti-Dumping duty removed from Greenhouse Bell Peppers from the Netherlands
On October 16, 2015, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) rescinded its finding in respect of greenhouse bell peppers originating in or exported from the Netherlands. As such, anti-dumping duty is no longer applicable as of this date. Further information can be found on the CITT’s website.
